Alani brings a creative, thoughtful approach to the MKM team, combining strong problem-solving skills with a genuine enthusiasm for structural engineering. Originally from Fort Bragg, California, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and enjoys the creativity involved in developing solutions to unique structural challenges.

Outside of work, Alani enjoys trying new restaurants and coffee shops, visiting farmers’ markets, and spending time with the MKM team on the softball field. Her curiosity, positive energy, and collaborative nature make her a great addition to the team.
