Fieldworks Brewing Co.

The project included a full tenant improvement to transform the space into a functioning brewery, with a focus on clean integration between new construction and the existing building shell. Scope included new interior non-bearing metal stud walls tied into the existing roof framing, defining program areas while maintaining flexibility within the layout. Strategic interventions were designed to preserve openness while introducing the necessary structural backing for brewery operations.

Additional scope addressed key operational zones, including new ceiling framing over the kitchen to support mechanical systems and hood infrastructure, as well as a custom wall enclosure above cold beer storage to accommodate temperature control and spatial separation. Each element was carefully detailed to align with both architectural intent and performance requirements, resulting in a cohesive system that supports the brewery’s day-to-day function while maintaining a refined, design-forward environment.
