Jamie’s foundation in the building industry began early, working in construction from the age of fourteen and gaining hands-on experience across residential and metal building projects throughout his high school and college years. This early exposure established a practical understanding of construction methods and field conditions that continues to inform his engineering approach today.

With over thirty-seven years of experience in structural engineering design, Jamie brings both technical depth and real-world perspective to complex projects. After becoming a licensed engineer, Mr. Meacham spent ten years working with general contractors in Sonoma County, providing in-house engineering while also supporting project management, due diligence research, and permit processing. He is particularly drawn to unique and challenging projects, where creative problem-solving and thoughtful design are essential to achieving successful outcomes.
