This new two-story residence includes approximately 4,200 square feet of living space, a 750 square foot attached two-car garage, and a 640 square foot ADU located on the second story above the garage. Based on preliminary architectural plans by RS Home Design, the project combines the main residence and accessory dwelling unit into a coordinated residential structure with thoughtful transitions between living, parking, and outdoor gathering areas.

The garage is connected to the residence through an enclosed 360 square foot outdoor dining area, with a second floor exterior deck above that extends the home’s living space outdoors. The structural design supports a layered residential program that balances the main home, garage, ADU, dining enclosure, and elevated deck into one integrated design, allowing each area to function independently while remaining connected through a cohesive architectural and structural system.
