West Dry Creek

This project involved the design of a new 4,000 SF custom home set on a 10-acre site, complete with a detached guesthouse and garage, pool, recreational barn, and tennis court. Positioned atop a grassy knoll in Dry Creek Valley, the residence captures expansive vineyard views while responding to a steeply graded landscape and tree-lined perimeter.

The central great room opens directly to the pool and a partially covered patio, framing panoramic views to the north and east, while bedrooms along the south and west sides orient toward more intimate, wooded surroundings. Sustainability was a key driver throughout the design, with a strong focus on integrating energy-efficient systems and materials at every level.
