888 Fourth Street

888 Fourth Street is the first highrise structure introduced to downtown Santa Rosa in several decades. The seven-story mixed-use building is planned to include 97 apartment units, a ground-floor restaurant, and a roof deck. As of December 2021, the building has started to take shape, with concrete poured on the first two levels, and wood framing visible from the open third floor.
